The hotel gave us mixed feelings. While the front desk described the room as 'very nice,' we found stained carpets, broken curtains, and cigarette ends outside the window. The room was incredibly smelly, dirty, and worn. The service was lacking and indifferent, disappointing when compared to the promised amenities. The location was nice and convenient, but the general state of the building could use a complete refurbishment. The dining experience needed improvement, and the breakfast was underwhelming. Facilities were basic but functional.
